Dielectric Properties of Samarium Doped- Sodium Potassium Niobate Thin Films by Umar Al-Amani Azlan* in Crimson Publishers: Peer Reviewed Material Science Journals This short communication revealed the importance of Samarium, Sm as a dopant in Sodium Potassium Niobate, KNN thin films. It was found that the surface roughness of about 1.583nm was reduced with Sm doping. Furthermore, the microstructure of doping films was more uniform in term of size and shape. This also led to the improvement of dielectric properties. https://crimsonpublishers.com/rdms/fulltext/RDMS.000562.php For more article in Peer Reviewed Material Science Journals please click on below link https://crimsonpublishers.com/rdms/
